East Tennessee Meeting Professionals (ETMP) is the Largest Association for Meeting Professionals in East Tennessee. ETMP began in July of 2002 and is based in Knoxville, TN.
- ETMP meets on the 4th Tuesday of the month: 11:15am – 1pm
- Our Board meets from 10:15-11:15am
- Registration begins at 11:15am & Lunch is served at 11:30
- We have different speakers each month who begin around Noon
- Past topics have included: “Workforce Development, Team Building, Customer Service in Today’s World, Hospitality Trends”
At rotating hotel and event venue locations around Knox, Anderson, Blount & Sevier counties
Any hotel or event venue that wants to host ETMP and receives approval from the Board to do so
- Any meeting planner interested in becoming more familiar with the event, meeting, and conference venues in East Tennessee, the team members that represent them and the hospitality industry at large
- Any hotelier or event venue interested in networking and business development opportunities
Meeting Planners can attend monthly lunches for FREE!!! (as long as you let us know you’re coming by registering)
If you would like to join ETMP, the annual cost of membership for meeting planners is only $200, and your lunches are covered for the entire year.
